Finally we are able to offer a flow rate sensor for high-flow systems. Unlike most flow rate sensors, this sensor has virtually no noticeable flow resistance. It is equipped with a G1/2" outer thread, making an adaptor (see Item No. 64002 and 95015) necessary for connection of G1/4" fittings.

This sensor is perfect for users who are looking for the lowest possible flow resistance. Even users of weaker pumps with flow-optimized loops can consider this sensor, a measurement is possible from a flow rate of 30l/h or 60l/h without the nozzle insert.

• Low flow resistance
• Virtually silent at normal flow rates
• Noise emissions only in high flow rate regions, even then relatively quiet

The inlet is the side with the smaller diameter, the larger one is the outlet

Note: When mounted professionally, the sensor is tight with the gasket. To be safe we recommend using Teflon tape (Item No. 32002) additionally.

Note regarding sensor compatibility:
Flow rate sensors are only suitable for connection to a compatible controller and can NOT be connected directly to e.g. the fan socket on a Mainboard or fan controller, as the impulses from the sensor are no enough to work with a fan channel. The only possibility is the use of the Pulsmatik (Item No. 71000) which can be connected between the sensor and e.g. the Mainboard. We do not recommend this solution though, as it is not very practical or cost efficient. We recommend ordering a compatible fan controller when wanting to use a flow rate sensor.
