Innovation Cooling presents something completely new in the watercooling sector: The IC Diamond 24 Carat thermal compound uses the excellent thermal conductivity of pure diamond.

Every syringe of IC Diamond thermal  compound contains 24 carats of ground, synthetic diamonds which make up about 92% of the compound. This allows for a theoretical thermal conductivity of 2000 to 2500 W/mK. This extreme thermal conductivity makes the IC Diamond 24 Carat thermal compound ideal for heat-intensive high-powered systems.

IC Diamond 24 Carat is neither capacitive nor electrically conductive.

Important note before use: IC Diamond 24 Carat thermal compound contains solvents which must evaporate. Please wait 10 minutes after having applied a thin layer of compound onto the CPU before mounting of the waterblock or cooler.
