Every syringe of IC Diamond thermal  compound contains 7 carats of ground, synthetic diamonds which make up about 92% of the compound. This allows for a theoretical thermal conductivity of 2000 to 2500 W/mK. This extreme thermal conductivity makes the IC Diamond 7 Carat thermal compound ideal for heat-intensive high-powered systems.

IC Diamond 7 Carat is neither capacitive nor electrically conductive.

Important note before use: IC Diamond 7 Carat thermal compound contains solvents which must evaporate. Please wait 10 minutes after having applied a thin layer of compound onto the CPU before mounting of the waterblock or cooler.
