We present the world's first Fusion waterblock for the ASUS Rampage III Extreme Mainboard.

The Fusionblock was specially adapted to the asymmetrical shape of the original heatpipe, the copper cooling plate was completely integrated into the black POM top, meaning that the copper is no visible from the side.

The stock coolers of this Mainboard cools Southbridge, Northbridge as well as the VRM modules with one Heatpipe which has an attached small waterblock with 8mm barbed fittings. These fittings are integrated and cannot be exchanged or removed, meaning that if you wish to use a different hose size adaptor pieces or other improvisations have to be used.

If you do not wish to remove the stock Heatpipe e.g. due to warranty reasons the Mainboard can still be watercooled with this Fusion waterblock. The Fusion block can simply be screwed onto the original Heatpipe after the stock Mini-waterblock was removed and then allows the use of even the large 19mm fittings! Just remove the stock waterblock, clean the contact surface with the Heatpipe, apply quality thermal compound and attach this waterblock!

If you already use a watercooling system this is an ideal expansion for your system!

Tipp: After removal of the original heatsink we recommend cleaning off residues of the old thermla compound carefully with e.g. washing benzine or similar. We recommend using a high-grade thermal compound such as the Arctic Cooling MX series 2/3 for mounting of our product.
