Should you consider a revocation, please only optically
inspect the product as possible and refrain from regular use.
Withdrawal of contract for the consumer:
Customers who are consumers
are entitled to the following right of withdrawal. A customer is a consumer
if his order at Aquatuning serves neither a commercial nor independent occupational
practice.
Instruction of revocation:
The customer has the right to revoke her/his order
within two weeks without declaration of reason in written form (e.g: letter,
fax, e-mail)´or through return of the ordered goods. The period of two
weeks begins at the earliest with receipt of Instructions of revocation
in written form (e.g: letter, fax, e-mail) to be delivered separately. To timely
ensure the claim of revocation the goods or declaration of withdrawal must be
sent before the end of the two-week period. The declaration must be addressed

Consequences of
withdrawal:
In case of an effective withdrawal the received benefits
of both sides must be reimbursed and, if applicable, utilizations (e.g: interest)
must be returned. If the received goods can only be returned in a partly or
completely worsened condition, you are obliged to, if applicable, provide compensation.
This is not applicable if the change of condition is only due to inspection
as it would have been possible in a retail store. You can avoid obligation for
value compensation if you do not use the product as if your own and avoid anything
reducing its value. Goods that can be shipped via parcel have to be send back
to us. The cost is to be carried by the customer if the price of the returned
goods does not exceed 40€ or if you did not complete payment or the partial
payment as agreed on in the contract. If the above is not applicable the shipping
costs will be returned. Goods not shippable by parcel will be picked up for
you. Obligations of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending the
withdrawal.
